What are your thoughts on the economic crisis? Why are we having this crisis and how can we change this in our economy.

Should there be a bailout by the government? Yes, these companies should be bailed out.

If the bailout is not passed, what do you think is going to happen? I think there will be alot of companies in a bind and some of them won't have any money.

Why are these corporations failing? Because, the Government won't to go against them and not help them out when they get in a bind.

The Weekend

What all did you do this past weekend? This past weekend i went to my boyfriends uncles House to see my boyfriend. Over there, they cooked a hog and we had hog meat and ribs. Saturday, Me and My boyfriend and my dad went to the Founder's Day Festival in Nichols, GA. My boyfriend and I had fun at the Festival,When we left the Festival we went to his house for supper. When i got to his house me and him got on the computer to check and see if we had any emails. After, that we watched t.v.

I love going to bed early, but seldom do. How late do you typically stay up? I normally stay up until 11 o'clock. Some Times I go to bed at 10:00 it according on how tired I am from school.

Can you tell a difference in your school work when you go to bed early or stay up extremely late? Explain. Yes, WhenI go to bed early normally. I stay awkaw through classes and pay more attention to the teachers. I also work harder in AG.shop

How did yesterday's Army representatives influence your future choices? I feel more interested in having a job in the nursing position. It influenced me to work hard and feel better about having a job.

Are you now contemplating an army career after high school? No, I do not want to join the army but i may go to the army where they can pay for my college.

Legal Drinking Age

No, The drinking age should stay 21 and not be changed to 18.
Because there are alot of teens that are in school and they are 18 and if they drink and get behind the wheel it can lead to a accident. The pros of being able to drink at 18 is being able to have fun and hang out with friends. The cons of drinking at 18 is being too drunk to drive and swerving off the road and causing accidents.

What does this quote mean to you? When you sit around doing nothing all the time you will not get no where in life. If you are going down the right path and you start slaking off it will cause you to lose your friends and wind up in trouble. when you are in collage and you are taking class and you slake off you will have bad grades and fell the course that you are taking.

Should Ms. Gay continue having speakers come into our class? Yes, Miss. Gay should have more speakers.

I think i probably wouldn't like it very much because I really don't want anyone following me around and telling my personal life to everyone. I would welcome the Protection that way no person who be able to throw anything at me or try to start a fight with me. I would love to have security people to help keep me safe when i am on the road or at the white House. There are many thing that i would like about people following me and things that i would not like.

Dog Dials 911, to save Owner

When the dog Buddy called 911 i thought it was increadible that he knew what to do in the case of an emergency and knew that his owner needed help. I think Buddy is a great dog and needs an award for saving the life of his owner. I am also glad that the German Shepherd remembered his training skills and he knew what to do for assistance in an emergency. I think i have a dog just like buddy his name is Shadow he is a very smart dog and with the right training he could probably do what Buddy done. My dog Shadow is very smart he remembers all his commands and he know when to alert if someone is in the yard.

HomeComing 2008

If you're a Junior or Senior, how did this year compare to last year? This year was so much better than last year because i am close to graduating Coffee High School and going to East Central Tech.
Did you go to the parade, game, or dance? Iwent to the parade with my boyfriend there was not much to the parade it was very short and the band members didn't play their instruments their was only a few cars in the band. I also went to the game with my boyfriend. We sat in the stands but it started to get crowded so we left the stands and went to stand beside the fence at the back. There was a bunch of fights at the game people were fighting for no reason. Before the game got over me and my boyfriend and his sister decided to leave the game and go back to the house. at the house we just sat around and watched t.v. intill my dad and my boyfriends stepdad got home. The football game was a great game we beat the other team 24-0. I would love to go to another home game if we ever have one.

Abandoned Baby found at Beijing's Bird Nest toilets

I think it was great that a lady found the baby and told the police that she found it in the bathrooms. I'm glad that the baby is alive and breathing.
I think the mother abandoned the child becuase she probably was scaried or she didn't want the child in her life. I think she is bad mother for leaving her child in the restroom.

Did you watch the MTV's Video Music Award Show on Sunday? No, I forgot that it was coming on and i was watching a movie on t.v.

What did you think about Brittney Spears performing? I really didn't like the way she sings and i do not like her music. I think she should not be in the spotlight because of the way her life has become.

Do you watch it for the music or just to see what the artists are going to wear or say? I watch it for the music to see what new music that artist has come out with.

Sick Days

How do you think this will affect your teachers and you? I think this will affect the teachers in great deal because many of them get sick and need to stay home and get better. I think with teachers here all the time a bunch of students in that class will catch the teachers cold and get sick. I hope that the school can get enough money to cover the substitute teachers because they need to work to. With no substitutes there would be a bunch of sub teachers who will be out of a job and who will not have money.

So far, how do you like blogging? I pretty much like blogging everyday in class and i love expressing my thoughts about different situations. Blogging helps me become a better writer and a much better thinker about different situations.

Republican presidential nominee John McCain chose Sarah Palin as his running mate last week. What are your thoughts on his choice? How will it affect his campaign? Do you think Hillary Clinton's supporters will be drawn to McCain since Palin is a female? I think he chose someone that would be very responsible and someone that would get the job done when things tough like the war and other problems. By causing more people to vote for the woman Vp and less to vote for the man. I think they will look to Palin because she is a female and John McCain is expressing every one as equal.

Teen Pregnancy

As everyone has observed, teen pregnancy has been on the rise over the past 2 years. Why do you think this has happened? I think some of it is accidental some teens just want to act grown up but when it comes to having a baby its harder that they may think. When they want a child they will do what ever it takes to have a child.
On the Maury there was this girl who wanted a baby and she didn't care who the baby was by. She started sleeping around with anyone then when they done an up date on the show she had a baby that was mixed. I think some teens don't mean to get pregnant they just want to act like their friends and fit in with them. When it comes to teens having baby it sometimes falls on their parents to raise their babies.
